Flexadur: Who we are
Flexadur is a Croatian specialist in rubber and plastic floor coverings based in Poreč, founded to make a proven product range available at the most competitive prices. Most goods are held in stock in Croatia for fast delivery.
Behind the Flexadur brand is a team with more than 10 years of experience fitting out indoor children's playrooms. Through years of work and purchasing a wide range of materials, the team noticed a chronic shortage of quality floor covering options on the Croatian market — especially EVA tatami mats that successfully balance top quality with a fair price.
Driven by that challenge, Flexadur was created to finally provide the domestic market with proven, safe and long-lasting flooring with the best price-to-quality ratio, without compromise.
Flexadur operates under the legal entity Aqua ventures d.o.o., founded in 2015 in Poreč, Croatia. That decade of fitting out playrooms taught the team how to source well and sell fairly. Carrying those lessons into the world of flooring, Flexadur launched its e-commerce range as an accessible specialist: deep enough in one category to give sound advice, yet lean enough to keep prices below the overpriced alternatives.
Our projects
The Flexadur team has fitted out children's playrooms in hotels and resorts across Croatia and Austria, including properties in Obertauern, the Parentino resort (Rabac), Valamar resorts and other well-known destinations. Those projects confirmed what we now pass on to the customer: how to choose the right flooring, how to withstand hundreds of children a day, and how the material holds up under real use.
How we keep prices low
Flexadur buys directly, with no middlemen between the production line and the customer. Removing the distributor margin is what allows the company to offer lower prices at the same or higher quality.
The model rests on a hybrid approach to stock. A strong in-house warehouse in Croatia holds most of the range for immediate dispatch, while a certain part of the offer is supplied through fast, contracted EU supply channels.
Core Flexadur products are imported from Asia, and stock is held locally so customers avoid the months-long waits that catch direct importers by surprise. No middlemen, no distributor margins — and the savings reach the price, not the supply chain.
How we sell
Flexadur organises its catalogue by intended use, so customers get to the right floor for a gym, garage, industrial space or stable without sifting through the rest of the range.
Prices are shown incl. VAT and excl. VAT. Business customers and households read the same honest number, and no one waits until checkout to find out the real price.
