Our terms of service

1. Who we are

The Flexadur shop is operated by Aqua ventures d.o.o., Stancija Vodopija 23F, 52440 Poreč, Croatia (OIB/VAT HR72732463726). In these terms, "we", "us" and "Flexadur" mean Aqua ventures d.o.o. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@aqua.ventures.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a listing contains an error. We will notify you if we do so.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices on Flexadur are shown incl. VAT and excl. VAT, so both business and consumer customers can see the amount that applies to them.

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout for the products you order. Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown before you confirm.

We price products carefully. If an obvious pricing error appears in a listing, we may correct it and contact you before the order proceeds.

4. Delivery

We arrange delivery of your order to the address you provide. Most of the range is held in stock in Croatia for dispatch. The delivery time and any costs are shown during checkout and depend on the destination and the products ordered.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on receipt and notify us immediately if anything is damaged or missing.

5. Your rights

Consumer customers have statutory rights under Croatian and EU consumer protection law, including rights to withdraw from a distance purchase and rights relating to faulty goods. Nothing in these terms limits those statutory rights.

6. B2B orders

Business customers may order through the site or request a bulk quote. Where a separate written agreement or quote applies to a B2B order, that agreement applies alongside these terms.

7. Liability

We provide the products and the website with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, and the courts of Croatia have jurisdiction, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to your order.
