Features and benefits

Rolled surface for fast coverage

The roll format lays an unbroken floor across a large gym area in one pass. Fewer seams than tiles means fewer edges that can lift under a dropped weight, so the floor stays put through hard training sessions.

Underfoot shock absorption

The 5 mm rubber dampens the impact of free weights and machine feet. That cushioning protects both the subfloor beneath and the bar that lands on it.

Sold by the 10 m roll

One 10 m × 1 m roll covers 10 m² of floor. Order the number of rolls to match your space — two rolls for 20 m², three for 30 m².

How to lay a rolled gym rubber mat

Unroll the rubber over a clean, dry subfloor and let it relax and flatten before cutting. Trim it to the wall line with a sharp knife and a straightedge, then butt adjoining strips tightly at the seam.

For a permanent floor, glue the rubber to the subfloor or tape the seams from underneath. A 10 m roll is heavy, so two people speed up the installation and align the strips more cleanly.

Product questions

How much area does one roll cover?

One 10 m × 1 m roll covers 10 m². For a 30 m² space, order three rolls.

Can I lay it over concrete?

Yes. Unroll it onto a clean, dry subfloor; glue it down or secure the seams for a fixed floor that does not shift under machines.

Is it sold by the metre?

No — the rubber is sold exclusively by the whole 10 m roll (10 m²). One quantity in the cart means one roll.
