Shipping and delivery

How Flexadur ships and delivers rubber and plastic floor coverings across Croatia. This page sets out dispatch times, the delivery model and what to expect after you order.

How delivery works

Most of the Flexadur range is held in stock in Croatia. Those orders are dispatched quickly from local stock, with no waiting for imports.

Part of the range is supplied through fast, contracted EU supply channels. We use those channels when an item is not in local stock.

Dispatch times

In-stock items are prepared for dispatch shortly after order confirmation. Items supplied through EU channels have a somewhat longer delivery time, which we confirm at the time of ordering.

Carriers and delivery

Orders are shipped by courier and freight delivery, depending on size and weight. Rolled gym rubber mats and pallet quantities of tiles are bulky, so heavier orders are transported by a freight method suited to the load.

We confirm the delivery method for each order before dispatch. Carrier names and the full delivery price list are still being finalised and are not yet listed here.

Delivery costs

Delivery is calculated based on order weight, volume and delivery address. The exact cost is shown during checkout before payment, so there is no hidden fee added afterwards.

Larger and B2B orders

Large or palletised orders for business and institutional customers are handled as freight delivery. For bulk delivery, contact Flexadur so we can confirm the logistics for the quantity and destination.
