What data we collect

Flexadur collects the personal data you provide when we receive an order, when you open an account or when you contact us. This typically includes your name, delivery and billing address, email address and telephone number.

We also collect the data needed to process a purchase, such as order details and the information required to arrange delivery. When you contact us, we keep the content of that correspondence so we can respond and take follow-up steps.

How we use your data

Flexadur uses your personal data to fulfil your order, manage your account, arrange delivery and provide customer support. Processing this data allows us to perform the contract you enter into when you buy from us.

We also use your data to comply with our legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements under Croatian and EU regulations. Where we rely on your consent, for example for marketing communications, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Flexadur shares your personal data only where necessary to provide the service. Flexadur keeps your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and for any period required by law, such as rules on retaining accounting records. When the data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
