Features & benefits

Adhesive-free puzzle edges

The mats interlock at the edges, so you lay a tatami surface quickly and lift it again for storage or a move. No adhesive, no mess, no commitment to a single room.

Cushioning EVA

The 25 mm EVA surface softens impacts for martial arts and home training, easing the load on joints during repeated falls and footwork.

1 m² per mat

Each piece covers a full square metre, which makes coverage planning simple: count the square metres you need and order that many mats.

Three colour combinations

Yellow/green, red/blue and blue let you zone the floor or match your space without ordering a custom batch.

About EVA puzzle tatami mats

EVA puzzle tatami mats are interlocking 25 mm thick EVA mats that cover 1 m² and join their neighbours with puzzle edges, so the training surface lays down without adhesive.

Each mat clicks into the next and lifts up again whenever you need the space back.

That softer EVA surface matches how fighters actually train. Falls, throws and groundwork are all met by a cushioning floor instead of a hard subfloor, while bodyweight sessions and stretching at home get a forgiving base.

The colour choice also helps with zoning a space. Three combinations (yellow/green, red/blue and plain blue) let you mark out areas or simply match the look of your dojo or home gym.

Laying the tatami

  1. Measure your training area in square metres, since each mat covers 1 m².
  2. Lay the first mat in a corner and press the puzzle edges of the next mat into it.
  3. Work row by row across the floor, joining each edge as you go.
  4. Cut the edge mats with a sharp knife where the surface meets the wall.

Because the mats are adhesive-free, you can lift and re-lay the surface whenever the room needs a change.
